Last night after a 12 mile run, with 4 x 800's with recoveries on the track, I logged my 123rd day of continual running.  I am still amazed by how my body, in a very positive way, reacts to everyday running.  My current running schedule includes four days of running six easy miles, two hard workouts where my heart rate climbs to about 85% of my max VO2 and a long run, which is normally over 14 miles.

My easy runs are run at a sub 10 minute per mile pace which allows my system to "rest" and recover from my fast running days.  When I run long I find myself somewhat fresh at the end.  I am very happy with all this.

I was asked the other day when the streak would end, and I don't really know or have a goal for so many completed days.  Before the 100 day mark I was running to keep the streak alive and now I am running, daily, for the pleasure of the run.

Run on is what I do.
